Terms of Sale & Client Care

Every piece in our collection is a labor of love, totally handcrafted by master artisans. We produce strictly limited numbers of most of our designs.

1. Pricing & Artistic Value

Our pricing is not determined by the daily spot price of silver or the gram weight of the item.

  • Design-First Pricing: Our prices reflect the authenticity of the design, the hours of craftsmanship required to create the piece, and the limited nature of the edition.
  • Market Fluctuations: As our pieces are sold as finished artistic goods, Bin Assaf does not offer price adjustments, partial refunds, or credits should the global market price of silver or gemstones fluctuate after your purchase.

2. Handcrafted Nature

We take pride in the fact that no two pieces are exactly alike.

  • Unique Character: Because our items are totally handcrafted and use natural gemstones, you may notice slight variations in texture, hammering, or finish. These are not defects; they are the signature of the artisan and a guarantee that your piece is totally authentic.
  • Natural Oxidation: Silver is a living metal. Over time, it may develop a patina or natural oxidation. This is a natural property of the material and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. To ensure the exclusivity of our pieces, we adhere to a strict quality control process for all returns.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn and pristine: Free of any scratches, signs of wear, or alteration.
  • Tagged: The Bin Assaf security tag must be attached and intact. If the security tag is removed or tampered with, the return will be rejected.
  • Complete: Returned with the original luxury packaging, Certificate of Authenticity, and any accessories (pouches/cloths).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Earrings: For hygiene and safety reasons, all earring sales are final.
  • Sale/Archive Items: Items marked as 'Final Sale'.

4. How to Request a Return

  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
